Dual stuff in DMS
Everyone knows what is DMS is, if not, It is the Discord/Mes/Spiritway.
http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:Team.../Spirit/MesWay
I, myself is running Barrage, transitioning myself to Dagger Pet as soon as I get the equipments.
So, the question is, (For general VQ)
Is dual Aegis worth bringing for a almost constant 50% party block?
Dual Fall Back for 33% speed boost + Dual We shall Return?
Dual Splinters?
Any more dual stuff worth bringing for DMS? (Not all at once.) And no, I am not looking for anything that isn't dual, hence the title.

Aegis: no. There are better things to do than have two characters with prots and there are other sources of physical mitigation like Enfeebling Blood anyway.
Fall Back: if you like and can fit them in. I tend to only run one copy.
Splinter: perhaps. If you can make good use of both copies then it would be a good option. There was a thread about this recently; have a look through that/

2 heroes with Fall Back chain perfectly.
The only thing that can mess it up is when fall back number one casts fall back but only 7 party members are in earshot, then the 8th party member comes in earshot of fall back number two. Number two will then cast it as well to make sure everyone is covered. This happens rarely in my experience.
In a pure DMS setup with only minions and possibly the player as physical I wouldn't run 2 copies of splinter.
2x Aegis isn't worth it either.
As for other dual stuff, remember that you are tying down secondaries by doing this. If you want 2x Aegis for example, you are making two heroes /mo prot. You have to both find room on the bars for the skills (difficult with the mesmers for example) and find room for the attribute points. Also energy issues sometimes.

There are three healers in the current DMS, The SoS rit, and two discorders. Two healers are enough, So it isn't a problem.
It is also said that you can change one of the Mesmer's skills.
SoGM has an open slot and enough points for something else.

aegis - no, as others have said, it isn't something you'd run on a Mo/ hero, i use 1 copy on my N/Mo MM.
fall back - if you can fit 2 copies in, heroes will chain them, if you have fall back! and incoming! then heroes will mash both at the same time.
splinter - no, if you're worried about more than one party member having splinter on, then micro it before the fight.

Well yeah I think that DMS setup linked in the OP is definitely subpar already.
I wouldn't spec into command or prot on the SoGM rit or either mesmers. The SoGM just won't have the energy for anything (I'd leave the SoGM out altogether but that's a different story) and the mesmers are already spread 12-10-8 over 3 attributes. A fourth attribute with speccing to 9-10 (to make the skills from command/prot actually viable) is too much IMO.
That leaves the SoS and two discorders that are resto and one discorder that is prot. Leaving that last protter the same leaves you with 3 open secondaries.
One those three should be resto. That leaves you two open secondaries.

2x(even 3 for fast VQ) Fall Back=good.
Fall back + Incoming=bad.
2x Aegis isn't worth it. Generally if you have 2 heroes specced in prots, one should use aegis at the beginning of the fight(usually) and then join the other on dishing random prots.
2x Splinter....why? Splinter is 5 sec recharge and 5 ene cost. If isn't busy doing something else, one hero for splinter is enough.
